Free and Reduced Price Meals Education Benefits Form

Livonia Public Schools continues to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) as part of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the 2025-2026 school year. Our participation in CEP ensures that all enrolled students receive a healthy breakfast and lunch daily at NO CHARGE to your household.

To maintain our program status, parents and guardians are asked to complete and sign the Education Benefits Form, which is also located on the login page for Parent Connect. THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED EACH SCHOOL YEAR. The information on the form is needed for administrative purposes, not to determine eligibility.

This form is critical in determining the amount of funding that your child's school receives from a variety of state and federal supplemental programs such as Title I A, At-Risk (31a), Title II A, E -Rate, etc. 

These supplemental grants and programs have the potential to offer supports and services for our students including, but not limited to:

  • Instructional staff (ex. Reading Interventionists, Math Tutors, Academic & Behavior Aids)
  • Teaching supplies and materials
  • Counselors and Social Workers
  • School Nurses
  • Professional Learning for staff
  • Parent and Community engagement supplies and activities
  • Technology

Other Benefits

Based on the information you provide on your Education Benefits Form, your child may qualify for other programs such as:

  • Discounted/free Pay to Participate sports
  • Discounted/free field trips
  • Discounted/free college application fees
  • Discounted/free AP testing fees
  • Potential household support for cable and internet.
